Our philosophy is very simple. Ego restaurants are about great food, a relaxed atmosphere and a wonderful dining experience - perfect for everything from a quick lunch to a four course dinner.
All our dishes are cooked fresh to order using only the very best ingredients. Wherever possible we’ll buy local, organic produce, and our menus always make the most of whatever’s in season. It means our steaks are a little juicier, the salads a little crisper and the desserts a little sweeter.
For our Mediterranean dishes we rely on the local knowledge of our own suppliers throughout the region. So the chorizo, feta and sun-dried tomatoes that go into our recipes are always of the very highest quality.
We apply these same standards to everything we do, to make sure that the food, the service and the atmosphere are always just right. That’s why we’re just as popular with the locals as we are with visitors.
