My wife and I together with two friends visted your restaurant for the 1st time on 4th October 2012, I made the booking on a recommendation from our younger son and we were not disappointed, indeed our whole party were delighted. We were celebrating my wife's birthday so it was important that the evening went well.. and it did go really well. It is an old adage that "First Impressions" count but it is a fact that still holds true. We were met and made to feel really welcome by Julie who was very attentive but not to the point of being intrusive, her attention to detail and recommendations all enhanced the experience for us, making us feel very relaxed and ready to enjoy our evening. I would just like to give a special mention to the staff at your kenilworth branch. I think their names are theresa and natalie. We have visited many times and the service is always brilliant, but last night was the best ever. We had a birthday party celebration meal there for one of my friends and i had attempted to make a surprise birthday cake, it didn't come out too good but when it arrived at our table the girls had transformed it with fruit toppings and had even wrote happy birthday on it! now that is what i call service!! I wanted to comment on such a lovely evening that both my partner and I shared in your Kenilworth restaurant recently. This was our first visit to the restaurant and will surely not be our last. The food was exquisite from the starter to the desert and one of the best meals i have enjoyed in a very long time.. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the evening and couldnt do enough to ensure our time there was enjoyable, also providing their own recommendations on what would help compliment our dishes. We held our son’s 21st celebrations on sunday 25th jan with nearly 25 people. everyone was visiting for the first time (except my wife & i) and were very impressed by the food, decor and more importantly the staff and service in general. Nothing was too much trouble, either prior to the day with the planning or on the day itself. Particular thanks go to pandora and another member of the team (sorry forget her name) but please pass on our thanks for making the day a pleasant and enjoyable one.
