Where can I buy an Ego gift card? ▼

Ego gift cards are available to buy here. When you order online, you have the option to select either a digital gift card delivered via email or a physical one sent through the mail enclosed in a greetings card with your personal message.

Additionally, physical gift cards are also available for purchase at any of our pubs or restaurants. Just visit your nearest Ego and speak to one of our team members to get yours today!

Where can I spend Ego gift cards? ▼

Our gift cards (whether physical or e-gifts) are valid at any Ego pub or restaurant in the UK as well as any other Mitchells & Butlers venue. You can search all available venues here.

In what amounts are are your gift cards available? ▼

You can credit our gift cards with any denomination of £5, up to the total value of £250 each.

How long is my Ego gift card valid? ▼

Ego gift cards purchased before 17th March 2024 are valid for 12 months.

Any Gift cards purchased after this date will be valid for 24 months after the date of which the card last had value loaded onto it. If you have redeemed your card in-venue, it will also then be valid for a further 24 months from this date.

What does the recipient receive when I send an egift card? ▼

An eGift Card is an electronic Gift Card sent via email. On the delivery date you choose, a message is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift from Ego, with a link to retrieve it online. The link in the email displays a page showing the eGift Card you created (the design you selected, with your recipient’s name and your personalised message), its value and card details. This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift Card.

When I order an email e-gift for a friend, how will I know it has been sent? ▼

You will receive an email message confirming delivery, and a message notifying you that the eGift Cards have been viewed. If the eGift Cards go un-viewed for 15 days after delivery, you will receive a message with options for resolving the issue. You may also contact Customer Support with the order number from the email you received confirming your purchase, and we can let you know if the recipient has viewed their eGift Cards.
